　　近些年来，由于学业的加重，手机、电脑等带电子屏幕产品的普及，用眼过度、用眼不卫生等因素使得青少年近视率居高不下、不断攀升。为了提高学生的爱眼、护眼意识和加强上海莱克顿学校学生近视防控工作，我们邀请了眼科专家医生为学生开展爱眼讲座及一对一视力检查活动。讲座主要从“认识我们的眼睛、视力不良的危害、日常的读写姿势、用眼卫生好习惯、膳食与营养平衡”五个方面讲解保护眼睛的重要性及如何保护眼睛。接着在体育馆进行了一对一视力检查、验光检查及裂隙检查，医生根据每个学生的检查结果，和学生们一一交谈，分析了目前存在的眼睛问题及日后生活中的防护和注意事项，学生们也更加了解了自己的视力。通过此次活动宣传，学生们了解导致近视和眼科疾病发生的不良习惯和预防近视有效的方法是坚持适度的户外活动，让眼睛经常沐浴在大自然光线下可以有效降低近视的发生率。更加提高了大家爱眼、护眼的意识。

　　莱克顿校医务室团队积极做好学生们的日常照料工作，同时也会继续通过多种方式向学生们普及健康知识，为将来独立的留学生活做好准备。眼睛是心灵的窗户，让我们共同细心呵护它! 　　In recent years, due to the increase in schooling, the popularization of electronic screen products such as mobile phones and computers, excessive eye use, and unhygienic use, etc., have caused adolescents to have high myopia rates and keep rising. In order to improve students' awareness of eye care, and strengthen the prevention and control of myopia among students in our school, ophthalmologists and doctors were invited to conduct eye care lectures and one-on-one vision inspection activities for students. The lecture mainly explains the importance of protecting eyes and how to protect eyes from five aspects: "know our eyes, the dangers of poor vision, daily reading and writing postures, good eye hygiene habits, diet and nutrition balance". Then one-on-one vision inspection, optometry inspection and crack inspection were performed in the gymnasium. Based on the results of each student's examination, the doctor talked with the students one by one, analyzed the current eye problems, and the protection and precautions in life in the future. The students also learned more about their vision. Through the promotion of this activity, students learned that the bad habits that lead to myopia and eye diseases and the effective way to prevent myopia is to adhere to moderate outdoor activities, allowing the eyes to often bathe in natural light can effectively reduce the incidence of myopia. It has further enhanced everyone's awareness of loving and protecting the eyes. 　　As a full boarding school, the School Nurse will do a good job of daily care for students, and will continue to popularize health knowledge to students in various ways to prepare for independent study abroad in the future.
