5月18日，我校迎来由澳洲驻中国北京大使馆参赞Andrew Carter先生带领的中国区各大城市教育主管一行8人。莅临我校参观指导。
他们来自上海澳大利亚领事馆教育部、广州澳大利亚领事馆教育部、成都澳大利亚领事馆教育部，不仅带来了各地成功办学的宝贵经验，各地不同的蔚然风采，更是带来了对我校一直以来的关注、支持和信任！
On May 18, our school will welcome a delegation of 8 education directors from major cities in China, led by Mr. Andrew, education director of Australian consulate in Beijing. Visit our school for guidance.
They come from different cities, which not only brings valuable experience of successful running schools in different places, but also brings attention, support and trust to our school all the time!
我校3位同学代表Breanna Yam、赵启辰、车玉晗与澳洲驻中国北京大使馆参赞Andrew Carter先生交流学习情况，其中一位学生曾在澳洲就读高中，因疫情回国，深入交流了关于澳洲课程在国内的优势与不同。还有一位学生代表详细的介绍我校13年的办学成果及办学理念，让各位教育同仁赞不绝口，给予学校极大的肯定。
家委会主席江爸爸及成员也参与了此次活动，非常感谢家委会的支持，更加尽职尽责的做好家长与学校的桥梁，代表家长感谢澳洲驻中国北京大使馆参赞Andrew Carter先生带领的中国区各大城市教育主管。
Breanna Yam, Michael Zhao and Mary Che participated in this activity as student representatives and shared their learning experiences to Mr. Andrew Carter, Counselor of the Australian Embassy in Beijing, China. One of the students was born in Australia and returned to China due to the epidemic. They exchanged their perspectives about the advantages and differences between Australian and Chinese curriculum.
Mr. Jiang, the chairman of the PTA, and other members of the PTA also gave much support to this activity as their role is to build a bridge between parents and school. On behalf of the parents, Mr. Jiang expressed sincere gratitude to all the delegates from department of education of major cities in China led by Mr. Andrew, the Counselor of the Australian Embassy in Beijing.
家委会主席江爸爸和嘉宾们交流和分享学生在学校的学习情况：
我谨代表澳大利亚国际高中的家长委员会，根据我女儿在校就读后的成长和发展情况和大家做一个交流和分享。
首先我最想分享的是：学生各方面能力得到全面提升。上海澳大利亚国际学校会鼓励学生参加各种有益的活动，比如MicroBiz!模拟商赛，外资银行实习等等。
其次是个人能力的全面发展。每个寒暑假，学校会有大学发起的真正大学研究所研究项目，以鼓励学生把课本知识应用到实践中，个人的思维能力、动手能力、学以致用的能力得以全面开拓和发展。
最后，我想和大家分享的是实现自我管理。时间管理、自我解决问题的能力是高中生最重要的培养能力之一。众所周知，自我管理能力将会在今后的职业生涯，学习生活中起着重要的作用。
我最认可的是上海澳大利亚国际高中的老师们都很主动帮助学生解决各种学习上的困难，同时也不断的指导学生下次面对同类问题时应该有的解决方法和思路。也就是说，老师们一直在指导并教会学生无论是面对学习还是暂时的困难都要做到“知其然也知其所以然”。
On behalf of parents committee, I’d like toshare my experience with you all based on the developments have happened to mydaughter.
The 1st one I’d like tohighlight is diversity on aspect of ability enhancement.
Students have been encouraged to attendvarious activities, such as business simulation, being a trainee in bank etc.
The 2nd one is personal skill. In each winter and summer vacation, some ofstudents attend the real research programs which have been initiated byuniversity.
The purpose is to encourage students toapply what they have learned from the textbook in reality.
The last one I’d like to share with you allis self-management skill. It plays an important role in their study career andprofession life in the future.
For instance, time management, how to getpast the problem by themselves.
Obviously teachers are willing to help themsolve the problem. In the meantime teachers guide them to figure out a solutionfor next time. In other words, not only know the appearance and make them knowby analogy.
上海澳大利亚国际高中，十三年来一直致力于：“办一流学校，育一流英才”。如果说取得了一些成绩，都离不开澳洲政府教育主管部门的帮助，指导和支持。每一次的来访，都会让上海澳大利亚国际高中的目标更明确更高远！
