台风“烟花”给上海带来了多日的大风天和雨天，我们这周的Concord+两个营也根据政府发布的气象预警做了及时的方案调整。原本在周一开营的棒球营调整至周二开始，场地也从室外换成了室内。西岸设计营首日遇官方活动全馆闭关，康德学子们享受到了难得的“包馆”礼遇；馆方也尽力为康德学生家长开通了绿色通道和指引了附件停车场，不少康德家长也配合了绿色出行。
所有这些迅速而悉心的调整安排，以及康德家长们的无条件理解和集体配合，得以在恶劣天气中，我们依然能保障给到康德学子们安全、愉快和有质量的夏令营时光。
The typhoon brought us a week with wind and rain, and two of our Concord+ Camps had to make quick reactions to this extreme weather to ensure the smooth running of the camps.
We also very much appreciate the support from our parents during this special week, so that our students could still enjoy a happy and fulfilling summer camp.
足球营
分层教学使我们迅速成长
于上周开展的5日足球营是本次Concord+夏令营系列中奔跑率最高、体能消耗最大的项目之一。与平日的足球俱乐部不同的是，这次的足球夏令营并没有直接按照性别分成男足和女足。20多名学员按年龄和球龄被分成了初、中、高三个级别组，由几名中国教练和一名德国主教练轮番授课。
Football Camp
Last week’s Football Camp was one of the most “tiring” of all camps. Different from football clubs, our camp did not separate the pupils by gender. Instead, the children were placed into three groups from the beginners to the advanced and instructed by one German coach and a Chinese coach.
这样分组的好处显而易见——在最短时间内获得有价值的针对性提高！因此，每一组的训练目标和导向也是各有不同。
在初级组的训练环节中，教练们设置了如火烈鸟游戏、龙虾捕食等趣味游戏，结合停球、运球等动作学习，先陪养孩子们对足球的兴趣，再慢慢进阶至直线带球、急停等技术动作，让孩子学会用脚控制住球。按照教练的说法：“让足球听话”是这个组别的主要目标。
到了中级别组则以控球为方向，目标是让球员在训练环节中更频繁地触球，让每个孩子乐在其中，同时培养他们的合作意识，理解足球运动的精髓。而高级组则会偏向更多技术上的讲解，许多时间都会围绕在细小动作而开展的教学，例如脚内外侧运用、射门、支撑脚指向位置等。
It was obvious to see the progress of our pupils using this kind of instruction method, as each team had its own training target.
In the beginner’s group, the coaches set up a few games to let the children get interested in the sport and to make them get a feel for the ball. After some practices, they then moved forward to learning how to control the ball by foot.
The intermediate group mainly focused on controlling the ball. The pupils had chances to interact with the ball and understand the importance of teamwork as well as the spirit of football. As for the advanced group, the coaches introduced more theoretical skills to the children. Our pupils also practiced many fundamental movements.
在足球营的最后一天，孩子们一同与教练来了一场别开生面的对抗，23 vs 4 ! 伴着欧冠的入场音乐，一场大战一触即发。
经过前几天的分散训练，孩子们对于实战的到来可谓是期待已久。起先在教练们领先3球的情况下，孩子们不慌不忙，顽强追平，充分发挥人海战术，通过一轮又一轮的攻势，将教练们彻底淹没在了场上。随着裁判的一声哨响，比赛进入了激烈的点球大战！康德双语的小球员队罚中6球，而教练队仅打入1球，小球员队获胜！
经过学习了这些精心设计的课程，孩子们也逐渐领会到足球除了是一个团体运动，它还是一项对抗性运动；除了是身体与身体的对抗，更是头脑与头脑的对抗。如何用策略以少战多取胜，如何合理地处理和分配球，如何通过观察对手站位带球......这就是智力与体力的最完美组合。
Accompanied by the theme music of the Champions League, our 23 children were about to have an exciting game against their 4 coaches!
After days of practices, the children were very confident in their games. Although the coaches went 3 goals ahead, our pupils fully showed their determination and caught up with the coaches soon. In the penalty shoot-out, the SCBS pupils won the game 6:1!
After the camp, the children also realised that football requires more than team working; it is also a confrontational sport in which the athletes not only compete physically, but also need to know strategies to win the game.
时装设计营
我的秀场 我做主
对于热爱艺术的孩子们而言，为期三天的西岸美术馆时装设计营很难不令人心动。面对老师提出的“为什么会选择参加这个夏令营”的问题，有好几位同学都回答道：“我的梦想就是希望成为一位服装设计师！” 在这三天精彩的营地时光中，相信他们已经离自己的梦想更近一步了。
在第一天，小设计师们就进行了一段“不一样”的艺术之旅——适逢西岸美术馆新展开幕，美术馆对公众闭馆，但康德双语的孩子们却体验了“包场”参观大热的康定斯基展。面对这位二十世纪抽象艺术先驱的作品，许多大人可能都会感到“看不懂”，但康德双语的小艺术研究员们却在讲解员老师的指引下能够举一反三，甚至在参观结束后还想要继续追问，希望能了解更多抽象艺术的知识。
Fashion Design Camp
The 3-day Fashion Design Camp was specially designed for children who love art. When answering the question “Why did you choose this camp”, many students said: “Because my dream is to be a fashion designer.” We believe that they all got much closer to their dreams after the camp!
On the first day, the pupils had a “unique” art experience— The West Bund Art Museum was closed to the public but opened to our SCBS pupils exclusively for the Kandinsky exhibition. Even many adults may find the work of this abstract pioneer too obscure to understand. However, our SCBS “art researchers” had many comments on each painting and asked for more information about this style of art.
参观完二维的抽象画作，大家又在“图像的生息“展中体验到了色彩的无限奥妙：原来颜色可以通过叠加、分离展现不同的效果。有了这些理论学习之后，在接下来的”色彩几何实验室“中，同学们再次梳理了康定斯基的创作逻辑和元素，并开始为自己的服装打稿。这时大家发现，原来服装设计可不是简单地画画，还要考虑到衣服的轮廓和肌理。在一阵头脑风暴之后，大家都设计出了令自己满意的稿件。
第二天，终于等到了同学们最期待的制作环节，在挑选了自己喜欢的各类面料之后，迫不及待地在人台上开始了缝纫拼贴。然而变身为设计师的兴奋感中，大家是否还会记得，做出来的衣服最后需要穿在自己身上呢？
After visiting the exhibition, the children also were taught the theory of colours. With this theoretical knowledge, our pupils then reviewed the design elements of Kandinsky in order to prepare sketching their own designs. They then found out that fashion design is much more difficult than drawing, as the designer had to consider the silhouette and texture of the cloth. After some brainstorming, everyone came up with a satisfying design.
On the second day, they children finally started to make their own clothes. Some pupils started to work on the dress form as soon as they got the materials. However, did they still remember that they need to fit into their clothes?
在同学们纷纷使用人台比划尺寸的时候，1G的Amy非常机智，表示希望让老师帮忙把布料套在自己身上，按照自己的身形设计。在问到他为什么会有这种想法的时候，Amy说：“衣服做出来是要给人而不是人台穿的，在家里我也会做衣服，都是用自己的身体量尺寸的。” 不由得令人想到，可可·香奈儿也是一位更喜欢在真人模特身上剪裁的设计师，而康德双语小学部的孩子早已在小小年纪具备了这样成熟的设计考量。
经过了一整天的奋战，13件各具特色的服装均已完成，而这时孩子们也期待着观众们会对自己的设计作何评价。在最后的走秀彩排中，大家不仅丰富了自己的搭配，也找到了最适合自己风格的定点造型。当灯光亮起，一位位小设计师身着自己的得意之作走向舞台时，在场的所有老师和家长们都惊呼：实在是太令人惊艳啦！
Amy from 1G was very smart to ask the teacher to put the fabric on her body. She said: “The clothes will be for myself but not the dress form. Sometimes I also make clothes at home, and I always use my body to measure the fabric.” This reminds people of the famous Coco Chanel, who also preferred to design on the human body, and we were surprised that our pupil already has such mature designing thinking.
After a day of hard work, all 13 students finished their creative costumes, and they were also looking forward to the audience’s reaction to their works. During the rehearsal, the children enriched their accessories and decided their poses. When the light was on and the designers walked on the stage, all of the teachers and parents were amazed and shouted: Bravo!
棒球营
头脑的灵活>发达的四肢
棒球营是这次受台风影响最直接的一个营，时间和场地都因为天气做了紧急的调整。还好，到了周三，台风渐渐远去，康德双语的小学员们还是回归了正常有序的训练日程。
相比其他起源于欧美的球类运动，棒球在亚洲国家中的受欢迎程度颇高。在我们的邻国日本和韩国，很多小朋友从小就打棒球，专业球队甚至能超越西方国家，拿到过世界级比赛的冠军。
正如本次Concord+棒球营的教练说：“棒球是一项动脑子的运动。在棒球的世界里，灵活的大脑比发达的四肢更重要!”
Baseball Camp
The Baseball Camp was the one that was most directly affected by the typhoon. We quickly adjusted the time and venue because of the weather. Fortunately, on Wednesday, the weather started to get better, and our SCBS pupils returned to the scheduled training.
Compared with other ball games which originated in Europe and America, baseball is very popular in Asian countries. In countries like Japan and South Korea, many children start playing baseball at a very young age, and their teams can even win the world championship. One of the coaches of the camp said, "baseball is a sport in which the player needs to think. In the world of baseball, the brain is more important than your body! "
打棒球的人都知道，这项运动的规则较为复杂，对人数和场地的要求也较高，这也是为什么直到近些年棒球才在中国的青少年群体中逐渐普及开来。一项体育的兴盛必然离不开“大环境”的影响，这不仅牵涉到人力物力等外部条件，也依存于人们共同的精神追求和配合力。
传球、接球、打棒等基本动作的训练一定是少不了的。第一天的棒球营因为临时场地是室内的，所以大家卯足了劲儿练习基本功。在诸多训练中，最让人期待的应该就是打击训练了。
The rules of baseball are quite complex, and the sport also has requirements for the number of people and venues. This is why baseball has not been very popular among Chinese teenagers until recent years. The popularity of a sport is inseparable from the influence of the society.
It was necessary to teach some basic movements such as taking a pass and hitting the bat. On the first day, because everyone moved indoor, all pupils worked hard on practicing basic skills.
不少孩子选择来到棒球营，都是因为曾经为棒球比赛画面中，那清脆的一声——“砰”而心跳激动过，仿佛都能感受到身为一名“棒球英豪”，接受全场欢呼的巨大喜悦。但教练边泼冷水，边鼓励道：“棒球的打击被评为全世界最难的运动动作之一，要想瞬间击中快速移动中的球，必须从最基础的T座打击开始，练好了才能逐步升级打怪。”
不得不称赞一句，我们康德双语的棒球学员们真的很努力！2小时的打击训练加上半小时的核心力量训练，所有人都坚持到底。从站姿到握棒，再到挥棒，每个动作都做得一丝不苟。虽然大部分人都是第一次接触棒球，但打击的有模有样，几位学员漂亮的打击，还引来了全场的阵阵喝彩！
有了第一天的良好开始，后面几天的训练就是在与自己的体能博弈。正好东京奥运会也在如火如荼地进行中，有些小学员说：“在棒球营训练一天回到家都累瘫了，但还是会和爸爸妈妈一起看看奥运会。全世界这么多运动员都在奋勇夺金，听爸妈说，这些运动员们在过去很长一段日子里天天坚持运动训练，真的很不容易，我想我也能坚持下去！”
Many children chose the Baseball Camp because of the famous comic TOUCH. It seemed that they could feel the joy of being a "baseball hero" and receiving the cheers from the audience. But the coach put a dampener on their enthusiasm and reminded them that: "Baseball's attack is considered to be one of the most difficult sports movements in the world. If you want to focus the fast-moving ball quickly, you must start with the most basic posture for attack practice. Only after you practice well, you can then get ready for the real game."
And our SCBS students really worked hard. After 2 hours of strike training and half an hour for the core strength, everyone persisted to the end. Although it was the first time for many children to play baseball, they all managed to the hit and won the applause from the audience.
After a good start, the pupils improved their physical fitness. One pupil said: "I'm tired and exhausted after a day of training in the baseball camp, but I will still watch the Olympic Games with my parents. So many athletes all over the world are competing for gold medals. My parents say that it's really not easy for these athletes to adhere to their training every day. I think I can stick to it! "
2021年Concord+夏令营即将结束。营地中发生了许多有趣的故事，每个学员也收获了自己的一份经历和体会。
