11月6日，我们将迎来康德基金会首场主题式工作坊——“⾛近上⾳歌剧院，解密戏剧起源/探索发⾳的秘密”。

大家将一同探秘剧院，了解歌剧与音乐演出的各种知识。同时还会有趣味面具制作和干货满满的英语朗读技巧工作坊。

On 6th November, we will hold the first Concord Foundation themed workshop “Exploring the Shangyin Opera House”. 

Together we will be finding out fun facts about the opera house, and we will also learn more about musicals and dramas. There will also be enjoyable workshops on mask design and English pronunciations.

上音歌剧院坐落于上海音乐学院东北角，是一幢8层综合体，地上5层，地下3层。剧院最高处建筑高度为34米， 4个排演厅分别为歌剧、管弦乐、声乐和民乐服务，还有1个专业学术报告厅以及一些设备用房。

歌剧院整体的舞台机械采用瓦格纳操作系统，并且舞台呈“品”字形分布，车台可以在这三个舞台上灵活移动，满足各种形式的演出，也给艺术家们提供了更大的创作空间。

歌剧厅内共有1200个座位，整体采用马蹄形布局，让观众感到更加贴近舞台，拥有良好的观演视线。在工作坊中，大家将通过导览，沉浸式地感受上音歌剧院的更多魅力。

面具最早出现于公元前五世纪的希腊悲剧，是一种古老的戏剧表现手法，也是戏剧中最具古希腊特色的象征。在一部戏剧中，每个演员都有自己独特的面具。

在这次的面具工作坊中，同学们将通过制作希腊戏剧面具来回顾戏剧的起源，了解戏剧最初的样子。大家可以根据自己设定的角色绘制面具，并创造剧情进行表演。

在本次英语朗读技巧工作坊中，上海师范⼤学外国语学院教授，上海教育评审专家卜友红教授将为大家讲解英语基本发⾳的奥秘，一起探索词重⾳、句重⾳、节奏、连贯语流和语调的⾳调曲线的变化规律。

卜友红教授多年来从事英语语⾳学及教学研究，创始了《英语语⾳》、 《英语语调》等系列课程，并且担任教育部“国培计划”上海师范⼤学英语学科⾸席专家、中国英语教学研究会语⾳专业委员会常务理事、副秘书⻓等职位。

本次工作坊的所有收入将作为公益善款捐赠给予相关组织以购置音乐乐器，让爱心通过音乐传递，把快乐分享给更多的人。

This eight-story project by the Shanghai Conservatory of Music has an impressive horseshoe-shaped opera house, four rehearsal rooms, a lecture hall, and a handful of terraces on the top floor. 

The stage machines are controlled by the Wagner System. The opera house itself has 1,200 seats across four tiers, and because of the horseshoe-shaped design, audience can have a better view of the stage.

In the workshop, our students and parents can immerse themselves to understand the fascination of the opera house through guidance.

The oldest masks were found in Ancient Greek Tragedies, and masks are one of the most significant features of Greek Dramas. All actors had their own masks in a play. 

Our students will be studying the origins of drama by making these Greek masks in the Mask Workshop. Everyone can design their own masks based on different characters and create their own dramas.

In the English Reading Workshop, Ms. Youhong Bu, professor of the Shanghai Normal University Foreign Language, will give a lecture on the rules of English pronunciation.

Ms. Bu has rich experience in both teaching and researching on English Linguistics. She started courses such as English Pronounciation and Tones in English. Ms. Bu is also a leading member of the “National Training Program” by the MOE.

All of the income of the workshop will be donated to related organisations for the acquisition of new instruments, as we hope to deliver love and happiness to more people by music.
