在大会上，王广发校长指出，当前疫情防控形势严峻，随着国务院“防控二十条”的逐步落实，各地防疫举措趋向细化，相关防控标准也在不断变化。对此，王府校区全长体师生和家长们从容应对。凭借王府校区多年打造的先进教育信息化系统，学生和家长们也早已适应了国内和国际教育融合发展的线上教学模式，无论是线上教学、课程改革还是线上考试，一切都在有条不紊地进行中。
国内疫情的不断反复，并未阻挡王府校区的国际教育交流活动。不久前，王府校区成功举行了中国学生和东盟十国青少年的“天宫对话”活动，以及青少年未来外交官的签约和授牌活动，践行了中国教育开放的理念，向世界展示了王府国际教育的实力。
王广发校长强调，当前，国家正处于积极融入世界并走向国际舞台中央的新时代，全体王府学生要做好应对这个时代的准备。大家以后无论遇到何种风险和挑战，都要提前谋划好自己的站位，以适应未来的世界变局。
