暑期以来，学校常态化疫情防控工作一直持续进行着。近期云南、江苏、四川、辽宁、烟台、上海、北京等地新增本土确诊病例，疫情发展情况异常严峻，根据区教育行政部门和防疫领导组的意见，现就近期疫情防控相关要求告知如下：

一 、为做好9月1日各学部的返校工作 ，建议全体学生自即日起非必要不离沪。已经离沪学生必须在8月15日前返沪，完成14天的自我健康管理。

二、出行及自我健康管理期间做好自我防护，开展每日自主健康监测。坚持佩戴口罩、勤洗手，保持安全距离、注意个人卫生，尽量不乘坐公共交通工具，少扎堆，少聚会。

三 、对于国内疫情中高风险地区来沪返沪人员健康管理，严格按照市防控办发布的防疫防控要求执行，具体措施如下:

1、所有来自或途经国内疫情中高风险地区的来沪返沪人员，应在抵沪后尽快且不得超过12小时向所在居村委和单位（或所住宾馆）报告。

2、对所有来自或途经国内疫情高风险地区的来沪返沪人员，一律实施14天集中隔离健康观察，实行2次新冠病毒核酸检测。

3、对所有来自或途经国内疫情中风险地区的来沪返沪人员，一律实施14天严格的社区健康管理，实行2次新冠病毒核酸检测。

（注：国内风险等级实时变动，了解目的地所处的疫情等级请通过“本地宝”等其他官方程序或者网站进行查询。）

四、每天开展自我健康管理（入学后学校根据情况或需提供随申码+行程码）

五、根据市教委文件精神，鉴于当下疫情的严峻性，我校2021级高一新生军训教学活动将以“送教上门”形式在本校进行，请学生和家长等待学校进一步通知。

请大家共同遵守学校防控工作要求，度过一个文明、平安、健康的假期！

Epidemic Prevention Notice

Dear all,

Since the beginning of the summer holidays, the school's regular epidemic prevention and control work has always been going on. Recently, there are some newly confirmed cases in Yunnan, Jiangsu, Sichuan, Liaoning, Beijing and other places, and the situation is deemed severe. According to the opinions of the district education administration department and the epidemic prevention leading group, we hereby inform you of the relevant requirements for recent epidemic prevention and control as follows:

I、In order to prepare for the return to school on Sep 1st, all students are advised not to leave Shanghai unless it is necessary. Students who have already left Shanghai must return by August 15th to complete 14 days of self-health management.

II、During the trip from Shanghai, do a good job with regards to self -protection on the way and carry out daily independent health monitoring. Always wear masks, wash hands frequently, keep a safe distance, pay attention to personal hygiene, try not to take public transportation and keep social distancing rules.

III、For the health management of people coming to and returning to Shanghai from middle and high epidemic risk areas in China, regulations shall be implemented in strict accordance with the epidemic prevention and control provisions issued by the municipal prevention and control office. The specific measures are as follows:

1. All the people coming to and returning to Shanghai from or passing through middle and high-risk areas in China should report to their respective community committee and workplace (or hotel) as soon as possible in no more than 12 hours after arriving in Shanghai.

2. All the people who come to Shanghai from domestic high-risk areas will implement 14 days of centralized quarantine health observation and carry out 2 COVID -19 nucleic acid tests.

3. All the people who come to Shanghai from domestic middle-risk areas will implement 14 days of strict community health management and carry out the 2 COVID -19 nucleic acid test.

IV、Carry out self-health management every day (application code + travel code may be required with further notice)

V、In view of the seriousness of the current epidemic, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Education Committee's document, the military training programme for the class of 2021 will be conducted at our school, on campus in the form of "home delivery".

Please abide to the requirements of school epidemic prevention and control and have a safe and healthy holiday!
