Pandemic Prevention and Control Requirements

亲爱各位同学，各位家长：

就目前全国疫情态势，我校根据最新教委及疾控的要求，实施以下最新的防控要求：

1.   暑期学生8月4日起非必要不得前往中高风险地区（新生8月2日起非必要不得前往中高风险地区），不出境。

2.   所有学生做好开学前14天的自我健康管理，8月2日起学生须每天上报体温及健康状况。

返校要求如下：

1.  如有自2021年7月22日之后（不含7.22），从外省市返沪的（无论是本市或外省市），请在返校前进行核酸检测。凭返校前72小时内的有效核酸检测阴性结果证明方可到返校。烦请家长们在《每天健康信息表》中填写7.23-8.1期间的所在地情况。

2.   从国内中高风险地区返沪返校的学生，按照相关要求实施14天严格的集中健康管理，实行2次新冠病毒核酸检测，检测结果符合相关要求方可申请返校；

3.   从来自或途经国内疫情中风险地区或国内中高风险地区所在县（区、市）的师生员工，一律需接受14天严格的集中（居家）健康管理，及2次新冠病毒核酸检测。从国内中高风险地区所在地级市（非中高风险地区及所在县、区、市）返沪入校的人员需接受1次新冠病毒核酸检测。对于境外返沪的学生，在入境后要严格执行国家和本市相关管控措施，持健康码绿码且核酸检测为阴性的方可申请返校。

4.   如同住家人有来自或途经疫情中高风险地区的，相关学生应执行居家健康观察。在同住家人按照本市相关规定进行新冠病毒核酸检测且结果为阴性后，相关学生方可申请返校。

5.   返校前及返校途中继续加强自我防护，坚持“防疫三件套”，牢记“防护五还要”：要继续坚持佩戴口罩、保持社交距离、注意个人卫生；牢记口罩还要戴，社交距离还要留，咳嗽喷嚏还要遮，双手还要经常洗，窗户还要尽量开。

6.   返校前一旦出现发热、咳嗽等症状，在做好个人防护前提下，及时就近选择医疗机构就诊，并主动告知近期旅居史和相关人员接触史。请不要到校并及时与学校取得联系。

结合上述返校要求，所有学生返校前须提供：学生的大数据行程码和“随申码”绿码。（级新生请您于8月14日前向班级老师提交；其余年级学生请于8月16日前向班级老师提交）。

中、高风险地区返沪学生需提供：绿色“随申码”、核酸检测阴性报告、相关报告。

Dear Students and Parents:

In light of the current national pandemic situation, our school has implemented in accordance with the following updated prevention and control requirements of Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and Shanghai Municipal Center For Disease Control & Prevention：

1. In the summer holiday, students are not allowed to travel to medium and high risk areas from August 4th, 2021 onwards unless necessary (new students are not allowed to travel to medium and high risk areas from August 2nd, 2021 onwards unless necessary) and do not leave the country.

2. All students are required to take self-health management for the previous 14 days before the fall semester, and to report their temperature and health status daily from August 2nd, 2021 onwards. 

Requirements for Returning to SDA are as follows:

1. Students (whether local or not) who returned to Shanghai from other cities or provinces since July 22nd, 2021 (excluding July 22nd) are required to take nucleic acid tests before returning to school. Students are allowed to return to school with a valid negative nucleic acid test result within 72 hours before return. Parents are requested to fill in the location during July 23rd, 2021–August 1st, 2021 in the "Daily Health Information Form".

2. Students returning to Shanghai and our school from medium and high risk areas in China will be subject to 14 days of strict centralized health management in accordance with the relevant requirements. Students are required to take 2 nucleic acid tests for Covid-19 and allowed to return to school only when the test results are both negative.

3. Students, faculty and staff who come from or travel through areas at medium risk of the pandemic in China or the medium and high risk areas of counties (districts and cities) in China are required to undergo 14 days of strict centralized (at home) health management and 2 nucleic acid tests for Covid-19. Those returning to Shanghai from the medium and high risk areas of prefecture-level cities in China (non-medium and high risk areas and its counties, districts and cities) are required to undergo 1 nucleic acid test for Covid-19. For students who return to Shanghai from abroad, the relevant national and city management and control measures must be strictly implemented after they entering the country. Students can only apply to return to school with a green health QR code and a negative nucleic acid test.

4. Students whose family members come from or travel through medium and high risk areas should be isolated at home for health observation. Students will not be allowed to return to school until their family members have been tested negative for nucleic acid for Covid-19 in accordance with the city's regulations.

5. Before returning to school and on the way back to school, please enhance self-protection, adhere to the "three points of prevention" and the "five notices of protection": continue to wear masks, maintain the social distance and pay attention to personal hygiene; remember to wear masks, keep the social distance, cover your face when coughing and sneezing, wash your hands frequently, and open the window as much as possible.

6. Once students catch a fever or cough before returning to school, please take personal precautions and seek medical attention from the nearest hospital as soon as possible, and tell your history of recent travel and contact with relevant people. Please contact us promptly and do not return to school.

According to the above requirements, all students are required to provide: the student's big data trip code and the green "Shanghai Health QR Code" before returning to school. (For new students, please submit to your class teacher by August 14th, 2021; for the rest students, please submit to your class teacher by August 16th, 2021). Students returning to Shanghai from medium and high risk areas are required to provide: a green "Shanghai Health QR Code", a negative nucleic acid test report and relevant reports.
