2021新学期教师专业发展
Professional Development New Term
新学期正式开始前，我校全体老师开展了一系列教师培训。教师是教育事业的第一资源，打造一支优秀的教学团队，不断为教师注入新鲜活力，是对教学质量的保证。
Before the start of the new semester, our school conducted a series of teacher training for all teachers. Since teachers are the primary resources in education, building an excellent teaching team and constantly injecting fresh energy into teachers are guarantees of teaching quality.
行稳致远
在教师培训前，程校长赠予全体教师四个关键字：“行、稳、致、远”，用奥运精神“Faster, Higher, Stronger, Together”激励全体教师，坚持长期主义，寻求长远发展。
Before the teacher training, Principal Ms. Agnes Cheng gave all teachers four keywords: "Walk, Steady, to Reach, Distance" and used the Olympic spirit of "Faster, Higher, Stronger, Together" to inspire all teachers to adhere to long-termism and seek for long-term development.
Professional Development
Ms. Wendy Wu 为全体教师进行剑桥专业发展资格证书的培训，学校将为教师的个人发展提供沃土，鼓励老师们进行自我提升。
Ms. Wendy Wu conducted a training session for all teachers on the Cambridge Professional Development Qualification (PDQ). Our school will support teachers' personal development and encourage them to improve themselves.
德英乐集团邀请了Alexander KRAMER博士和陈凯怡老师分享跨文化交流的话题。跨文化交流在上海德英乐学院随时进行着，老师之间、师生之间，基于老师的日常交流，带来了文化理解和文化尊重。
DTD Eucation invited Dr. Alexander Kramer and Ms. Kaiyi Chen to share the topic of cross-cultural communication. Cross-cultural communication takes place at all times at SDA, among teachers and between teachers and students. So, this session was based on the teachers' daily communication and meanwhile it brought cultural understanding and respect.
来自上海市徐汇区教育学院的袁文铮老师分享了《信息技术与学科教育的融合》课题。现代化信息技术为教学带来了很多的便利，让知识变得生动起来，也提高了课堂参与度。信息技术不仅仅运用在学科教育上，同时也能运用于德育教育、创新思维教育、学业评价等，信息技术不仅仅是一种教学方式，更是一种思维方式，打破教与学的传统模式，让学生成为课堂主体，让思考与探索主动发生。
Ms. Wenzheng Yuan from Xuhui Institute of Education Shanghai shared the topic "Integration of Information Technology and Subject Education". Modern information technology has brought a lot of convenience to teaching, making knowledge come alive and increasing class participation. Information technology is not only used in subject education but also in moral education, innovative thinking education, and academic assessment. Information technology is not only a way of teaching but also a way of thinking, breaking the traditional model of teaching and learning, making students the main body of the classroom, and allowing thinking and exploration to happen actively.
《新时代背景下学校如何落实立德树人的根本任务》，这是德英乐课程中心主任吴昱昊老师带给大家生动的一课。他认为新时代的教育观发生了很大的变化，人才培养是育人和育才相统一的过程，育人是本。在如何落实的具体操作上，吴老师认为立德树人应当落实在学校教育的方方面面，学校要始终坚持四大要素：坚持学校的办学宗旨、使命以及培养目标，保障学校环境、制度与资源，创建积极进取的校园文化，保证学校课程教育的有效性。
“How can the school implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education in the context of the new era?” is a vivid lesson brought to us by Mr. Yuhao Wu， the Director of DTD Curriculum Center. He argued that the view of education in the new era has changed greatly, and that talent cultivation is a unified process of nurturing people and nurturing talents, in which nurturing people is fundamental. In terms of how to implement, Mr. Wu believes that moral education should be implemented in all aspects of school education, and that schools should always adhere to four key elements: upholding the school's philosophy, mission, and cultivation objectives, safeguarding the school's environment, systems and resources, creating a positive and progressive campus culture, and ensuring the effectiveness of school curriculum education.
本次教师培训充分体现了我校对教师成长的重视，也是对教学质量高标准高要求的体现，对德育教育重视的追求。全校教师在相互交流与学习中促进专业的成长，进一步加强了教师队伍的建设。
This PD fully reflects our school's emphasis on the growth of teachers, and it is the pursuit of high standards of teaching quality and the emphasis on moral education. All teachers promote professional growth through mutual communication and learning, and further strengthen the construction of teachers.
