About Mr. Andrew

Andrew Mcintyre老师拥有中央英格兰大学美术学士学位，并且拥有伍尔弗汉普顿大学PGCE(国际教育学教师资格证)。在艺术方面有超过17年成功经验的他不仅拥有丰富的海外美术教学经验，还有多年社区艺术家的经历。不仅如此，在他丰富的人生履历中，还曾担任过多年BTEC课程L2，L3的负责人，指导学生顺利申请到理想的大学，还帮助学生用艺术和媒体表达情感和对生活的理解。

艺术是生活的镜子，是高尚情操的宣泄，是认识真理的途径。为了探寻艺术和生活的真谛，Andrew老师在作为社区艺术家的时间里，感受生活，创作艺术，与绘画共生，与雕塑同眠，漫步街头乍现的灵感都会被他捕捉并将其转化为高质量的数字结果和艺术创作。在这期间，他还曾带领社区团队完成了高难度的年度庆典项目，利用设计程序来创建艺术图像。正这是这段经历让他充分体会到艺术与生活的碰撞，艺术哺育思想的奥秘。

Andrew Mcintyre holds a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the University of Central England and a PGCE (International Pedagogy Teacher Certification) from the University of Wolverhampton. With more than 17 years of successful experience in art, he not only has a wealth of overseas art teaching experience, but also has many years of experience as a community artist. More than that, in his rich life history, he also served as the person in charge of BTEC courses L2 and L3 for many years, guiding students to prepare for the ideal university application and passing it smoothly, and also helping students express their emotions, attitudes and life through art and media understanding.

Art is the mirror of life, the catharsis of noble sentiments, and the way to know the truth. In order to explore the true meaning of art and life, Mr. Mcintyre spent many years as a community artist, feeling life, creating art, coexisting with painting, sleeping with sculpture, and walking on the streets. The inspiration will be captured and transformed into high quality digital results and artistic creation. During this period, he also led the community team to complete the highly difficult Celebration project, using the Photoshop design program to create artistic images. It was this experience that allowed him to fully appreciate the collision between art and life, and the mystery of art nurturing ideas.

在之后的数年里，Andrew老师致力于将艺术带进校园，培养学生解决问题的能力。缺乏盛情的艺术家好似没有颜料的画家，他认为只有启发孩子对生活的热情，才能拥有无限的艺术创造力和自我表达的能力。在特尔福德艺术学院担任BTEC课程L2，L3的导师期间，他将趣味游戏与音乐充分融入课堂，通过实践来激发学生们的兴趣，同时还向学生们讲授艺术的历史和当前学科领域的先进技术，鼓励学生们的课堂参与，指导学生完成自我激励，自我表达的过程。在学生准备理想大学的申请时，帮助他们进行作品集的整合和评估，并给予父母反馈，为孩子的成长提供全面支持。

海顿曾言，艺术的真正意义在于使人幸福，使人得到鼓舞和力量。Andrew老师期待与孩子们共同用艺术的视角去看待世界的美好，得到鼓舞人心的力量。

In the following years, Andrew devoted himself to bringing art to the campus, guiding students to develop and solve problems. An artist who lacks hospitality is like a painter without paint. He believes that only by inspiring children's enthusiasm for life can they have unlimited artistic creativity and self-expression. While serving as the instructor of BTEC courses L2 and L3 at Telford College of Art, he fully integrated fun games and music into the classroom, stimulated students’ interest through practice, and also taught students the history of art and advanced technology of current subject areas. He also encouraged students to participate in the classroom and guides students to complete the process of self-motivation and self-expression. When students prepare for the ideal university application, he help them to integrate and evaluate the portfolio, and give feedback to parents to provide comprehensive support for the growth of their children.

Haydn said that the true meaning of art lies in making people happy, encouraging and empowering. Mr. Andrew looks forward to seeing the beauty of the world from an artistic perspective with the children in the new semester and gaining inspiring power.
