北京有哪些国际学校在招聘 到马来西亚留学怎么样

随着各地中小学恢复正常教学，号称史上最长假期的“假期”宣告结束，“神兽”们陆续“归笼”，回到阔别数月的校园。

家长们在长出一口气的同时，还要继续为孩子的学业殚精竭虑。

据一份有关教育的全球发展报告统计，中国父母对子女的重视程度在全球名列第三。

为了不让孩子输在起跑线上，家长们如“八仙过海”般各显神通，力图尽自己最大的努力把孩子送到最好的学校。

于是，“神兽”们被“关”进了不同的“笼子”，有的叫公立学校，有的叫私立学校，有的叫平民学校，还有的叫“贵族学校”……

本期，显微故事将把焦点放到大家关心的国际学校，通过数位学生家长、中籍教师与外籍教师的讲述， 让你知道国际学校贵在哪里？贵得是否值得？

田先生 45岁 深圳某国际学校学生家长

儿子上小学五年级的时候，我把他送到深圳首屈一指的“纯”国际学校。

所谓“纯”国际学校是只有外籍学生才能就读的，学校的工作人员、校长、教师都是外国人，只有一两个教中文的中国籍老师。

选择让孩子来这所学校就读的家长，也一般是来华工作的外国公职人员、企业高管等。

之所以选择这所学校，在于他的教学质量、软硬件设施都是国际一流水准。更重要的是，国际学校一般是小班走读教学，每个班级16~25名学生，师生比例和公立学校差异悬殊。

公立学校的每个班级一般是五十人左右，就算老师再有耐心，也不可能照顾到所有学生。

相比之下，国际学校的小班教学优势就凸显出来了。

当然，国际学校的花费也贵得多，我去的这每年光学费就22万。此外，每年还有各种课外培训、生活费、以及寒暑假的海外游学等费用，一年花费接近30万。

我本身是某企业的CEO，费用可以承受，但我需要先帮助孩子成为一个“外国人”。

我在中介的帮助下，花一万多元买了一个非洲国家的“绿卡”，这样孩子就有了入学资格，成为学校里为数不多的几名中国学生之一。

因为我老婆做对外贸易、我本身也懂英文，所以孩子从小就接触英文。刚进入国际学校时，我孩子对全英文授课没有太大的压力，和外籍老师、同学沟通也没有障碍。

去年，我儿子以优异的托福和SAT成绩，被美国东部的一所顶级私立初中录取，学费加住宿一年七万美金。

但无论是在国内、国外，接受过小班教育、国际学校课程培养的儿子都相对中国孩子更独立。今年三月，美国疫情爆发，13岁的他自己订了机票，从卡塔尔转香港回到深圳。

在家期间，他除了上网课，每天还会给自己留出时间健身，毅力之强出乎我的意料。连他的外国同学都说：“很少看到中国孩子这么自律的！”

虽然我有点后悔这么早把儿子送到国外的，毕竟我和他妈妈都是在中国的教育体系下成长起来的，从小学到大学，接受的都是传统公立教育，希望他也像我们一样去经历下高考。

无奈，自打上过国际学校后，这孩子就更有主意了，连出国读书是他自己的选择，做父母的就只有支持吧。

张女士 32岁 北京某公立学校国际部中籍教师

国内的国际学校通常分为三种：一种是纯国际学校，只招收外籍学生；一种是以招收中国学生为主的民办国际学校；还有一种是公立学校的国际部，中外学生都收。

所有类型的国际学校教授的都是欧美课程。

把孩子送到国际学校的中国家庭主要有这么几类：

一类是家里经济条件特别好，住豪宅开名车完全“不差钱”，就是希望孩子上“贵族学校”，接受不一样的教育；

一类是没有本地户口，没有办法在当地参加高考，只好读不限户籍的国际学校，这在北上广深这样的一线城市尤其多；

还有一类是学生平时成绩一般或是中考没考上理想高中，若是在国内参加高考，可能考不上好大学，所以选择去国外留学。

过去大家谈到的出国读书，大多是最后一类。但这几年，前两类的学生群体越来越多，我所在的学校也属于前两类。

我们是公立学校下属的国际部，主要教授AP课程。AP课程是在高中阶段开设的美国大学预修课，考试成绩可以抵大学学分，对申请欧美大学很有帮助。

但我们学校以中籍教师居多，外教很少，上课也是中文讲解，但使用英文试卷。

国际部刚成立的时候，师资主要是从高考部的教员中抽调出来的，老师们都是国内一流大学毕业，有着丰富的教学经验。

现在国际部的规模越来越大，名气也越来越大，对老师的要求也越来越高，英语老师要求是国内顶级大学高翻的硕士，或是国外大学的TESOL研究生，科任老师也必须是名校硕士或博士。

我们的待遇与公立学校同等资历的老师相同。

虽然收入没有私立国际学校的老师多，但因为可以解决编制和户口问题，对老师们还是很有吸引力的，教师的稳定性相对较高，流失的很少。

冯女士 38岁 上海某国际学校学生家长

原本，我没打算让孩子读什么“贵族学校”，但他没考上重点高中，我又不想让他在普通高中里将就，就把他送到了上海的一所国际学校。

这所学校是上海某高校的国际部，上课地点在大学校园里，教学风格也和大学类似，实行分层走读制。

在这里，高中的孩子可以自主选择课程，上不同的课去不同的教室，身边的同学也会不停地换，不像普通高中所有学生都固定在一个教室里。

不过，这个学校会根据学生成绩的好坏分重点班，成绩不同，收的学费也不同。

成绩最好的学生在A班，学费一年17万，稍差一点的学生在B班，学费一年14万。A班和B班的师资差不多，但A班每周比B班多上两小时的课。

C班的学生分数是最低的，收费也最低，师资跟AB班比要差一些。

我儿子在A班。他想去英国，选择了英国学制的A-LEVEL课程。同班还有20多名学生，都是来自全国各地的中国人。

大多数学生选择住校，但我儿子从小患有慢性遗传病，饮食结构比较特殊，一日三餐有专门食谱，没法吃学校食堂。所以，我们在学校附近租了一套公寓，年租金小二十万。

我在老家有一份稳定的工作，孩子爸爸也在老家做生意，没法陪读，我们又专门请人在上海照顾儿子的起居。

“十里洋场”寸土寸金，花费很大。算起来，儿子在上海一年的学费、生活费和房租等各种开销加起来，至少也得五十万。

但我儿子依然心存愧疚，做为母亲，我没有照顾好他。我和孩子爸爸忙着工作和家里的生意，初中三年没有陪他写过一次作业。

他很聪明，就是在学习上有时需要有人在身后推一把，可惜我在他成长的重要阶段，忽视了对他的陪伴。

他没考上重点高中，主要是差在 体育 上。因为身体的原因， 体育 只考了二十分。要是我以前能多陪陪他，哪怕是多陪他做几次体能训练，也会比现在的成绩要好。

送儿子上“国际学校”，算是我对缺席他初中教育的一种补偿。

我不奢望他理解父母的苦心，只希望他能快乐地长大。

Andy 35岁 女 北京某国际教师培训机构外籍教师

我是英国人，来中国8年，曾作为外教在山西、浙江等工作，前两年刚来北京。

我所在的公司专门做国际教师培训，来培训的主要来中国任教的外国人。

国际学校对教师的任职条件是有严格要求的，除了需要有相关专业的硕士学历，还要有不少于120小时的TEFL学习、拿到CELTA证书，上岗之前还要接受相关的培训。

培训的内容包括一些基础理论知识，比如教育理论、教学技巧等。此外，所有新教师还要学习两个月的CPT课程，即Continue Professional Development （持续专业性发展），讲授个性教学、课堂管控、提问技巧等。

现在很多幼儿园也开设了国际版，一些外教也要面对年龄较小的孩子。我们也会他们培训儿童心理学、行为学等知识，告诉他们如何与小朋友相处。

虽然这些教师大多会拿到“上岗证”，但他们中绝大部分没有教学经验，年龄层次也不太一样，对我们来说，培训是有一定难度的。

因此，在他正式成为国际教师前，我们内部还有三周观察期，对他的教学能力进行考察，判断他们是否能适应未来的工作。

我做国际教师培训工作快十年了，培训过的老师少说也有几百名了，他们来自世界各地，哪个国家都有。

也有少数中国老师参加培训，对他们的培训内容主要是如何与外籍家长沟通，应对文化冲突。

中教和外教有哪些不同，我想主要有这几方面：

第一，外籍教师在发音、语法、对语言的理解等方面有先天优势，教授英语课程更地道；

第二，外教更注重培养学生的独立思考和自主能力，中国老师更懂得照顾学生、家长；

很多中国学生，尤其是小学生，刚接触外教时是有一点恐惧的，时间长了才好了，这是我的个人经验。

有人说外教的工资会比本地老师的工资高一点，这个我不太清楚。

但可以肯定的是，没有高薪，他们肯定不来。

Michael 男 36岁 北京某国际学校外籍教师

来北京五年，我还是没有完全和教师同事们融入，大家喜欢聚会、聊天，但我更喜欢独处。

我在美国读完硕士，考了国际教师资格证。五年前，我通过中介来到中国，在国际学校教数学和美国 历史 ，用英文讲课。

很惭愧，来中国好几年了，我依然没有学会中文。学校里有很多中国同事，但我们之间交流都用英语，基本都是工作方面的沟通。

我们学校是私立学校，待遇还不错，外教月薪2.5万至3万元。学校会提供教师公寓，每年还会报销一次中国到美国的往返机票。

教师宿舍顶层有个很大的露台，那是我最喜欢的地方。

有时晚饭后，我会带几罐啤酒爬上房顶，坐在那里一边喝酒一边漫无目的地张望，仿佛望着望着，就可以看到美国的家乡了。

想家是一定的，但是一年只能回去一次。假期，我会约上跟我一起来中国的那两位老乡出去 旅游 ，中国很大，有很多好玩的地方值得一去。

周末我还在五道口兼职教授成人英语，周六周日各半天。

“老外”喜欢和“老外”扎堆，像三里屯、五道口，都是老外的“集散地”。但我比较宅，是典型的“宅男”，但我有个朋友是刻意拒绝与人来往。

他也是美国人，在上海的一所国际学校当老师。平时有朋友叫他出去吃饭喝酒泡吧，他大多拒绝，原因是他喝酒之后经常打架。

他不聚会不喝酒是因为不想酒后闹事导致失业。在美国找工作并不容易，他很珍惜在中国的工作机会。

在“老外”圈里，来中国当外教是一份相当不错的工作。有些人也想去国际学校教书，但是因为学历不够，或是没有考到资格证，只能另谋它路。

我2007年研究生毕业，成为了一个国际学校的中国教师。

相对于层层过关的公立学校招聘，国际学校的办学思路从一开始就显得“特别”：试讲的打分者不只是德高望重的前辈、主任，学生的评价也是打分标准之一，占比非常高。

换句话说，教师身上的“主导者”光环弱了很多，而是作为一个“辅助角色”参与到孩子们的学习成长中。

但公立教育则默认了一个大前提：学生没有自主自制自治能力。老师是一个天然权威的“指挥官”，指哪儿学哪儿。

大部分“默认”校规都是不准做这、不能做那，把十几岁的孩子圈在一个框框里，预设他们是“必须被管教”的对立身份。

我们学校就相对比较开明、平等。老师和学生的关系也比较松散，因为对学生和老师的考核体系就都不一样，不完全看成绩的高低。

国内教育终极核心很明确：高考。

高考作为选拔型、竞争型考试，为了拉开学生之间的区分度，会故意在考题上设置一些小的“陷阱”。比如大纲上没有特别要求的隐藏考点，就得靠学生自己动脑筋琢磨。

国际学校的考核没那么多弯弯绕绕，也不会“挖坑”。

以我所教的物理为例，通常考题在第一个大题的第一小问就会引导你往一个固定思路方向想，从浅到深逐渐展开，考察是不是掌握了这个知识点。

这样学生在学的时候，心是比较安定的，不至于时刻琢磨老师会出什么偏题，怎么“为难”我。

去英美国家读四年大学不便宜，学费生活费加起来一两百万很正常。但实际上，仅是“预备出国”所需的花费也不少。

我们学校算便宜的，一年10万多，好一些的学校得20万起步。所以能够有资本选择这条路的家庭，起码是小康家庭以上。

我们目前大部分生源是外地来京创业的家庭。父母能赚钱，但没户口，也不想让孩子回老家参加高考，就只能来上国际学校，将来走出国留学这条“烧金路”。

很多京籍家庭也开始选择国际学校，这批孩子大概占比20%左右。

我们也常听到这样的说法：国际学校的学费那么贵，是不是老师也赚很多啊？其实我们和公立学校老师的差距并没那么大。

此外，我们这里的外籍教师流动性特别大。通常，年轻外教的合同是一年制，很可能合同期满就回国了。

外教的教学能力比不太上中教，在出成绩方面还是差一些的。此外，国内的学校普遍缺少理科类外教，尤其是英美国家的人才特别少。

我们每个科目都会配备一个外教，但他可能需要同时教2-3个年级的课程。80%的课程还是必须靠有国外留学背景、英文强的中教，学历起码是硕士毕业。

不过，私立的教师都很动荡。我能在这里10年，也是因为有公立学校编制，并在这里安家。而我认识的很多中国年轻教师，他们都根据薪资和个人发展跳槽，也挺频繁的。

人民币和马币的汇率现在是1马币等于1.6元人民币，中国学生在大马留学一年学杂费加上生活住宿费花销在10万~15万人民币，所以留学马来西亚是更多学子们能够接受的。另外马来西亚在教育上是和英联邦国家一致的，本科有预科(语言课和大学基础课)和本科专业课，学历全球认可，且众多院校在在世界排名都比较出色，同时院校对国际学生开放程度较高也利于申请，外语授课学习生活环境俱佳。所以越来越多的家长学生们在亚洲留学中会作为首选。

云南大学1+3马来西亚本科留学费用分为第一年国内就读费用和从第二年开始到国外就读费用。

以马来西亚赫瑞瓦特大学大学为例，赫瑞瓦特大学2018年QS世界排名302，是英国直属名校，在全球共有英国、迪拜、马来西亚校区。学生进入云南大学马来西亚赫瑞瓦特大学完成大一，可以直接保录赫瑞瓦特大学大二学年学习。大学四年本科毕业后直接获得英国赫瑞瓦特大学本科学士学位。

第一年在云南大学就读费用有报名费、雅思学费、大学基础课学费、住宿费、课本费、大学互认学分课程注册费，2018届9月1日报到费用标准共计***万元/年。录取名额一定保证。第二年在赫瑞瓦特大学就读费用有学杂费、生活费、住宿费，2018届8月2日报到费用标准共计***万元/年。中国留学生和大马学生同等费用。

a major channel of consumption information, the rating is an efficient
source of information for shopping in our own consumption.
Interestingly, the same rating may have different influences on
different consumers.

I tend to consult consumption ratings
whatever I purchase. Firstly, the higher rating means the higher quality
of the product, or better service. Based on the ratings, I bought my
beloved backpack, saw interesting films and tasted delicious foods.
Secondly, ratings can save time to make decisions in shopping. For
example, there are huge amounts of reference books which I am often
confused to choose from. In that case, it is both convenient and
economical to buy books according to the ratings.

There is no
doubt that it is unwise to depend completely on the ratings in
consumption. The advantages and disadvantages of ratings are often
closely related. It is necessary to hold an objective attitude towards
ratings.
