　　【美高部5月27日讯】2019年5月26日19:00，由学生会组织的暑期志愿者活动开展第一次培训。我们邀请到华泾镇公益组织联合党支部书记、徐汇区社会组织行业妇女联合会执委、2018年度中国优秀青年志愿者获得者谢歆（头头）老师给志愿者们开展了关于上海市实事项目“爱心暑托班”志愿服务工作的相关培训。 　　On May 26, 2019, the first training for the summer volunteer activities organized by the Student Union, was held. Ms. Xie Xin, Secretary of the Joint Party Branch of Huajing Town Public Welfare Organization, executive director of Xuhui District Women's Federation of Social Organizations and Industry, and winner of China's outstanding young volunteers in 2018, was invited to conduct training related to the volunteer service of Shanghai's practical project, entitled “Love Summer School”. 　　本次培训共分为三部分：一、头头老师讲述了自己长达近十年、在多个项目点的志愿服务经历，传递志愿服务真谛。二、介绍了本次“爱心暑托班”服务项目及相关具体安排。三、现场指导志愿者确立备课思路和方向。 　　The training comprised three parts. Firstly, Ms. Xie Xin told of her own volunteer service for nearly ten years to enable students to grasp what volunteer service is really about. Secondly, she introduced the service items and related specific arrangements of the “Love Summer School” program. Thirdly, on-site guidance volunteers were chosen to establish ideas and directions for lesson preparation. 　　首先，头头老师用生动的语言讲述了自己切身的服务经历，传递了志愿服务的真谛。在校期间的她就是一个活跃于一线的志愿者，图书馆、大师赛、世博会都能看到她的身影，她也曾前往云南偏远地区进行社会实践考察，更是在大学毕业后毅然选择前往广西乡村支教一年。即便是走上了工作岗位，也依然不曾放弃自己的公益梦，总是利用周末时间投身服务中。迄今为止，她参与服务的志愿活动大大小小已有30余个。对于志愿服务，她最大的领悟便是“有心参与，用心服务”，这是一种选择，更是一种态度。 　　Ms. Xie Xin’s volunteer service involved her being at the front line of many activities during her time at school. She was active in Libraries, Competitions and World Expos. Her work took her to remote areas of Yunnan and Guangxi. After graduating from university, she chose to volunteer at remote areas of Guangxi for a year. Even after she started her working career, she never lost her passion for volunteer work and used her time on the weekends to continue in volunteer activity. So far, she has participated in more than 30 volunteer activities. For volunteer service, her greatest insight is “Attentive participation and service”. This is a choice she made, and it also reflects her attitude towards the volunteer work. 　　之后，头头老师从项目总体情况说明、志愿者的相关需求以及精品课程具体要求这三个方面，详细介绍了本次志愿服务项目——上海市徐汇区华泾镇“爱心暑托班”。该项目是由团市委、市精神文明建设委、市志愿者协会等单位牵头于2014年开办，是上海市政府实事项目之一，项目旨在缓解全市小学生暑期“看护难”问题，引导和帮助小学生度过一个安全、快乐、有意义的假期。鉴于此，对于志愿者有一定的要求，期望他们不仅扮演好“小老师”这样一个重要的角色，同时也能使自己从中得到提升，即头头老师赋予这个“VIP志愿者团队”的新含义：volunteer in practice。本次志愿者参与服务的时间自8月12日至8月16日，为期5天，每日朝九晚五，上午需要参与课业辅导、午餐和活动管理，下午则需要由志愿者带来2小时的精品课程。 　　Regarding the volunteer service project “Love Summer School” in Huajing Town, Xuhui District, Shanghai , Ms. Xie Xin noted three aspects: the general situation of the project, the relevant needs of volunteers and the specific requirements of the quality courses. The project, led by the League Municipal Committee, the Municipal Committee for the Construction of Spiritual Civilization and the Municipal Volunteer Association, was launched in 2014. It is one of the practical projects of the Shanghai Municipal Government. The project aims to alleviate the “need for care” of primary school students in the summer vacation, to guide and help them spend a safe, happy and meaningful vacation. In view of this, there are certain requirements for volunteers. They are expected not only to play an important role as a teacher, but also to improve themselves. Ms. Xie Xin gave a new meaning of “VIP”: a volunteer in practice. This volunteer service runs from 12 to 16 August and will last for five days. Each day the program runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. In the morning, volunteers are required to participate in homework counseling, lunch and activity management. In the afternoon, volunteers are required to teach 2 hours of classes. 　　该上什么课？如何备课？授课又需要注意什么……这一个个都是摆在志愿者面前亟待解决的问题。因此头头老师特别在现场给大家进行备课指导，在自由讨论间摩擦出课题灵感，并初步确立了备课方向。后期将正式进入筹备阶段，对于教案撰写、课件制作、授课技巧等多个方面进行相关辅导。 　　What lessons should be taught? How to prepare these lessons? What should volunteers pay attention to in teaching? ……All of these are serious issues for volunteers to solve. Therefore, Ms. Xie Xin specially gave everyone lesson preparation guidance, noted the importance of inspiration in the free discussion, and laid out the basics of lesson preparation. Later instruction will enable volunteers to begin with the formal stage of lesson preparation, in terms of writing a teaching plan, preparing coursework, teaching skills and other aspects of relevant guidance. 　　相信经过头头老师专业的指导和学生们用心的准备，此次暑期志愿服务一定会圆满结束，学生们也必定是满载而归。 　　We believe that following the professional guidance of Ms. Xie Xin and her preparation to the students, this summer volunteer service will be successfully completed.
