我是一位土生土长的协和人，和大家一样是万源协和大家庭当中平凡的一份子。从虹桥到万源，很幸运，我成了“万源校区”的开拓者，也成了“万源成长”的见证人。

I'm a native SUISer. Like everyone else, I am an ordinary member of  SUIS Wanyuan family. From Hongqiao to Wanyuan, fortunately, I became the pioneer of Wanyuan Campus and a witness to Wanyuan Growth.

An enthusiastic and continuous pioneer

充满热情，不断向上的开拓者

2012年，在万源协和建校之初，我和一群小伙伴来到这里。就像朱自清散文里说的那样“欣欣然张开了眼，一切都像刚睡醒的样子”。花草散发迷人的芬芳，草坪闪耀着耀眼的光芒，晨曦中，教学楼和朝霞交相辉映；校门口，烫金的校名在阳光下散发着动人的光芒。

In 2012, at the beginning of the establishment of Wanyuan campus, I and a group of colleagues came here. As Zhu Ziqing said in his prose, "I opened my eyes happily, and everything was like I just woke up." Flowers and plants exude charming fragrance, and the lawn shines with dazzling light. In the dawn, the teaching building and the morning glow reflect each other; at the school gate, the bronzing school name boards exudes a touching light in the sun.

看到这一切，我和我的小伙伴们满心欢喜。充满热情的我们想要在这如画的美景中贡献自己的力量。

Seeing all this, my friends and I were full of joy. Enthusiastic, we want to contribute our strength to this beautiful campus.

一份热情，一晃十余载；初入万源的前三年，我深知自己的青涩和不足。承蒙领导不弃，五年的时光里，我努力提升自己的专业知识和教学水平，在学校提供的一次又一次的培训和学习中充实自己，在一节又一节的课堂实践中锻炼自己，反思不足。

More than ten years passed in a flash; in the first three years of entering Wanyuan, I was well aware of my youth and shortcomings. Thanks to the continuous development by the leaders, in the past five years, I have tried my best to improve my professional knowledge and teaching competency, enrich myself in the training and learning provided by the school, and exercise myself in class practice.

有幸得到领导的信任，我在2015年9月开始担任年级组长的职务。为了能够不辜负领导的期望，我加倍努力，除了数学教学水平以外，我开始接触管理知识，努力提高自己的综合能力。

Fortunately trusted by the leader, I began to serve as the head of the grade in September 2015. In order to live up to the expectations of the leader, I redoubled my efforts. In addition to the level of mathematics teaching, I began to acquire management knowledge and strived to improve my comprehensive ability.

幸运如我，在2016年1月，我有幸跟随领导去了澳洲威斯敏斯特学校。在异国他乡，我不仅见到了美丽的风景，还充实了自己的大脑。

Fortunately as I am, in January 2016, I had the honor to follow my leader to Westminster School in Australia. In a foreign country, I not only saw beautiful scenery, but also enriched my brain.

回国后，我又挑战自我，报名参加了集团的“星计划”。学习的过程很艰辛，每一个向前迈出的沉重步伐里都饱含着我努力的汗水。一年的时间，几十场报告讲座，不计其数的思维碰撞；但辛苦耕耘之后便是甜美的果实。

After returning to China, I challenged myself to sign up for the group's "Star Project". The learning process is very difficult, and every heavy step forward is full of sweat of my efforts. In a year, dozens of lectures, countless thoughts collide; but hard work is followed by sweet fruit.

Irrigate the soul and be a good partner on the road to growth.

灌溉心灵，做成长路上的好伙伴

当然，在这些过程中我仍然记得我最重要的身份——数学老师和班主任。

Of course, in these processes, I still remember my most important identity - the math teacher and a homeroom teacher.

“问渠哪得清如许，为有源头活水来。”教师是一份特殊的职业，唯有勤于学习，与时俱进，大胆实践，砥砺前行，才能担起培育国之栋梁的责任。我时刻关注自我的更新和充电；在2019年，我也顺利通过评估考试，拿到了小学数学高级教师的职称认定。

"How can the canal be as clear as it is to have a source of living water." Teachers are a special profession. Only by studying diligently, keeping pace with the times, practicing boldly, and forging ahead can we shoulder the responsibility of cultivating the backbone of the country. I always pay attention to my update and charging; in 2019, I also successfully passed the evaluation examination and obtained the title of senior primary school mathematics teacher.

寒来暑往，在万源，我已经陪伴2届学生度过小学五年的学习生涯。我始终坚信“新时代的教师不再是燃尽生命的“蜡烛”，而是点亮学生心灯的“启蒙者”，以及成长的“陪伴者”。十年里，我秉持万源的办学理念，心中有爱，眼中有学生；“成长无小事”，我留心于孩子的每一个学习生活细节，和家长合力共进，用耐心和爱心陪伴一批又一批小萌新成长为翩翩少年。

During the winter and summer, in Wanyuan, I have accompanied my students to graduate after five-year primary education for two complete rounds. I have always believed that "teachers in the new era are no longer "candles" that burn life", but "enlightenment people" who light the heart lamps of students and people who accompany children grow up. Over the past ten years, I have adhered to the education concept of Wanyuan, with love in my heart and students in my eyes. "Growth is nothing small", I pay attention to every detail of children's study and life, work together with parents, and accompany batch after another of cute people to grow into handsome teenagers with patience and love.

A part of warm fertile soil and happy growth

温暖沃土，幸福生长的一份子

万源始终是温暖有温度的沃土。在工作里，我深刻感受到来自于领导和伙伴的温暖与支持。工作上，我们是最好的合作伙伴，一起探讨切磋，共同成长；生活里，我们还是亲密的朋友，一起围炉夜话，分享生活感受。

Wanyuan is a garden with fertile soil with warm temperature. At work, I deeply feel the warmth and support from leaders and partners. At work, we are the best partners to discuss and grow together. In life, we are also close friends to share our feelings of life.

我的“万源十年”，幸运，幸福；校园生活每一天看起来似乎都是忙忙碌碌，辛辛苦苦；但却收获满满，热情不减，乐在其中；这大概也就是万源的魅力所在。

My "ten years of Wanyuan" is lucky and happy; campus life seems to be busy and hard every day, but it is full of harvest, enthusiasm and joy; this is probably the charm of Wanyuan.

期待万源的下个十年，越来越美好。

Looking forward to Wanyuan's next decade, it will become better and better.
