万源校区十周岁的生日之际，作为一名在协和教育集团工作了16年的一线教师，对协和这个大家庭充满了深深的爱意，对自身所处的万源协和小学部更是拥有着浓浓的归属感。我和身边很多同事一样，大家齐心协力，为万源校区建设得更加美好而日复一日，平凡踏实的努力工作在一线基层的岗位上。

On the tenth birthday of SUIS Wanyuan, as a front-line teacher who has worked in SUIS for 16 years, I am filled with deep love for SUIS as a loving and caring family, especially for the Wanyuan Primary School where I belong, which gives me a strong sense of belonging and fulfillment.  Like many of my colleagues around me, we all have been  working together at the  frontline of education to build a better Wanyuan campus day after day, year after year...

初遇协和 ，是我大学毕业工作后一年。第一份的工作经历让我更期待能遇到一所具有尊重孩子、倾听孩子成长心声的校园氛围。就在这时，我遇到了协和。不能忘记当初走进协和校园时，孩子们热情洋溢的笑脸，老师和孩子们之间如春风拂面般的温暖交谈，这些点滴促成了当年我的决定，也是我这么多年来留在协和工作的原因之一。

I started working in SUIS one year after my graduation from the  university.   My first job experience made me look forward to meeting a campus atmosphere that respects children and listens to their growing voices.  That's why I chose SUIS.  I can't forget the warm and smiley faces of the children when I first walked into Wanyuan campus, and the soothing conversation between the teachers and the children sounds like a spring breeze. These bits and pieces contributed to my decision back then.  Since then,  I have been a dedicated teacher at SUIS for many years.

时间荏苒，在虹桥校区工作了六年后，恰逢万源校区伊始，百废待兴。带着当年杜校长的期许和叮咛，作为第一批校区之间的支援教师，我来到了万源协和的小学部，开始了作为协和成熟教师的工作生涯，开启了我的万源十年成长之行。

Time flew swiftly.  After six years of working in Hongqiao Campus, we welcomed the founding of Wanyuan Campus.  With the expectations and admonitions of Principal Du, as the first batch of support teachers between the campuses, I came to the primary school of Wanyuan, started my working career as a mature teacher and started my ten-year growth in Wanyuan. 

万源的十年，我不仅是学科老师，也是一位班主任。在这里，我收获了陪伴一批又一批小可爱成长为懵懂少年的时光，拥有了一群又一群联系频繁，相互理解，“切磋”教育经验的家长朋友。班主任的工作是琐碎而繁重的，但是我始终坚信万源协和的教学理念，尊重孩子的天性，坚信爱是人类最美的语言，爱是教育的灵魂。热爱、关心、尊重、理解和教育每一位学生是为师之本。

Throughout the  ten years, I have not only been a subject teacher, but also a class teacher.  Here, I have gained the unforgettable memories of accompanying lovely and naive children to grow into mature  teenagers. Parents and friends are always in frequent contact, we understand each other, and collaborate with each other to offer biggest support to our children. The work of the Homeroom teacher is trivial and arduous, but I firmly believe  the teaching philosophy of SUIS Wanyuan, that is to respect the nature of children. Love is the most beautiful language of human beings, and love is the soul of education.  Loving, caring, respecting, understanding and educating every student is the foundation of a teacher.

我爱自己的学生。繁重的教学工作之余，我会仔细观察每一位孩子，努力了解每一位孩子的性格，根据每一位孩子的脾气性格特点，在学习生活中上对他们及时、耐心地鼓励鞭策、指导和帮助，把自己的爱播撒进每位万源学子的心田。让学生时时刻刻感受到我既是他们学习上的好帮手，又是他们思想上的好导师。

I love my students.  In addition to the daily teaching works, I will carefully observe each child and try to understand their characters. According to each child's temperament and personality, I promptly and patiently encourage, spur and guide them in their study and life to help and sow my love into the hearts of every one of them.  My purpose is to let the students feel that I am not only a good helper in their studies, but also a good mentor in their thinking.

在万源协和时光里，我不忘教师的职责与工作，努力深入学科教学的领域，认真对待每一项工作，深刻感受体会着万源协和所有领导的帮助和支持。在工作间隙，我与同事积极探讨，相互合作，共同促进教育工作的推行，我和我的学生们一起，在万源协和这个大家庭中不断成长。

During my time at Wanyuan, I never forget the responsibilities of a teacher. I work hard and complete every work seriously and attentively with the  help and support of all the school leaders.  During work intermission, I actively discuss with my colleagues about the  lesson feedback and planning,  and jointly cooperate with them to  promote the implementation of educational work. Together with my students and colleagues, I continue to grow in this big family of SUIS Wanyuan.

走过万源十年，我很幸福，我能享受着自己喜爱而单纯的校园生活；我很骄傲，我能看到每位来过这里的孩子们都在用不同的方式表达着对这里热爱，同时我也很期待，期待下一个万源十年，会更加美好。

During years of working in SUIS, I have been very happy and fulfilled, for I can enjoy this simple and fruitful campus life. I have been very proud, I can see that every child who has studied here expresses their love for this campus in different ways . Meanwhile,  I am also looking forward to the next ten years of Wanyuan, I firmly believe our school will be even better.
