我想，我算是协和集团的“老”朋友了，2005年从公立校到虹桥校区，连续三年担任五年级毕业班的班主任和语文教学工作，助力孩子们继续追求梦想；2012年万源校区建校，承蒙集团信任，我成为了万源校区第一批“元老”。建校十周年，万源从新生的幼苗到如今桃李满天下，风雨兼程，我与它始终并肩前行。

I think I am an "old" friend of SUIS. I came to SUIS Hongqiao campus in 2005 from a public school. I was a homeroom teacher and Chinese teacher of the fifth grade graduating class for three consecutive years, helping the children continue to pursue their dreams. In 2012, the Wanyuan Campus established. Thanks to the trust of SUIS, I became the first batch of "elders" of the Wanyuan Campus. On the 10th anniversary of the founding of the school, Wanyuan has already grown from a new seedling to the current peach and plum all over the world. And i am the person who always walk side by side with it.

任何一个走进我班级的人一定会对每一位学生的自信与快乐印象深刻，是的，我始终关注孩子的身心发展。我认为人不仅要学习好，更需要有广泛的兴趣，与人沟通交流的能力，如此才能找到生活的意义。我本身也是个享受生活的人，我希望把快乐积极的生活状态也带给我的学生。但这不是一蹴而就的，是我和孩子们在日常生活中点滴培养起来的。课堂上，不仅有我的声音，还有孩子们的掌声、笑声和讨论声；课后我也认真倾听他们的声音，听他们讲述学校里发生的点滴事情，耐心引导；一旦得空，我就带他们去操场上踢足球，玩游戏......如此一来，他们的脸上总是洋溢着笑容，我也收获了他们的信任。

I believe that anyone who walks into my class must be impressed by the confidence and joy of my students. Yes, it is！Because I always pay attention to the physical and mental development of the children. I believe that people should not only study well, but also have a wide range of interests and the ability to communicate with others, so as to find the meaning of life. I am also a person who enjoys life, and I want to bring a happy and positive state of life to my students. But this is not achieved overnight, it is cultivated by me and my children in our daily life. In class, there is not only my voice, but also the children's applause, laughter and discussion. After class, I listen carefully to their voices, about what happened in school, and I patiently guide them. Once they are free, I take them to the playground to play soccer and play games... In this way, they always have a smile on their faces, and I gain their trust.

作为一名班主任，一名一线的教育者，多年的教学经验告诉我：儿童只有在学校和家庭双方志同道合，抱着一致信念的情况下，才能实现和谐的全面发展。这一点与协和重视家校沟通的教育理念不谋而合。我负责小学部家委会工作已经长达十年，我与一批批可爱又可靠的家长们共同参与了小学部大大小小的活动。在无数次的沟通和合作之后，我们探索了更多元化的沟通方式：家长课堂、家长答谢会、家校茶话会、家长心理讲座......比起传统观念里的老师家长之间的”上下“关系，我们更像是并肩作战的朋友，围绕每一个孩子展开合作，互相支持，互相配合，互相簇拥着成长。小学部每一次活动的成功举办，都离不开家长们的鼎力支持。我们越是合作无间，孩子越是欢喜和谐。

As a homeroom teacher and a front-line educator, years of teaching experience have taught me that children can only achieve harmonious and all-round development if both schools and families are like-minded and have the same beliefs. This coincides with Concord's educational philosophy of valuing home-school communication. I have been in charge of the Primary Parent Committee for 10 years, and I have participated in all activities in the Primary School with a group of lovely and reliable parents. After countless times of communication and cooperation, we have explored more diversified communication methods: parent classes, parent appreciation meetings, home-school tea parties, parent psychology lectures... Compared with the traditional concept of "up and down" between teachers and parents, we are more like friends working side by side, cooperating around each child, supporting each other, cooperating with each other, and growing up in each other's clusters. The success of every event in the Primary School is inseparable from the strong support of parents. The more we work together, the more joyful and harmonious our children become.

教师的职业压力并不小，但当我和我的同事们凑在一起时，总是充满欢声笑语。能够如此合拍，一方面得益于我们教师团队专业积极的职业精神，另一方面得益于学校丰富多彩的教职工活动。正因为这些活动，我们产生了更多交集，碰撞出更多火花。作为工会主席，我明白要想教育好孩子，就得让老师们没有后顾之忧。因此我也格外重视这份工作：除了组织一年一度的教工家庭活动日，“羽”你同心教工羽毛球比赛、趣味运动会、员工迎新大会等工会活动，发放工会福利，平时我亦会以“过来人”“大姐姐”的姿态，为青年老师答疑解惑，为他们排忧解难，让能够全身心投入工作之中。

The professional pressure of teaching is not small, but when I get together with my colleagues, it is always full of laughter. This fit is due on the one hand to the professional and positive professionalism of our teaching team, and on the other hand, to the school's rich and varied staff activities. Because of these activities, we generate more intersections and sparks. As the president of the union, I believe that we need to make teachers worry-free in order to let teachers educate students well. Therefore, I also attach great importance to this job: the annual family activity day, the badminton competitions, the fun Sports Day, staff orientation meetings and other union activities, distribute union benefits and so on. Besides, I also act as a "experienced person" and "sister understanding person" to answer questions for young teachers, solving their worries and problems, so that they can devote themselves to work.
