海嘉秉承着“聚一帮好人，做一桩好事”的初心，在探索爱与幸福的教育过程中，始终将培养一支品德优秀、学术过硬、心怀教育理想的教育团队视为工作的重中之重。

今年，海嘉沿袭严格选人用人的传统，在新教师招募的过程中，坚持“把人弄对，把体制弄顺，把生态弄好”的三大原则，用近乎苛刻的标准，一丝不苟地考核入选教师的履历、品行、试讲等各个方面；以超过600场面试，从推荐信开始，经过层层筛选、严格把关，最终遴选出善于发现学生闪光点，在细微处育人的教育者。

In the past 15 years, BIBA has been committed to the motto of "gathering good people, performing good deeds", and has also been dedicated to the education of love and fulfillment and international bilingual education.

In order to achieve this vision, BIBA follows the three principles of getting the right people, perfecting our skills, and developing a good education environment to build a team with excellent academic skills, moral character, and educational ideals. This year, after a high-intensity recruitment search and more than 600 interviews, our new teachers have come on board continuing to provide an elite global perspective through the highest standard of international and bilingual education.

海嘉新教师的简历录用率仅为0.67%，是名副其实的百里挑一。新教师全数拥有丰富的教学经验，平均教龄10年以上；具备全球化的教育理念和教学方法，曾在美国、英国、加拿大、德国、意大利等国家执教；他们朝气蓬勃、资历出众，皆持有专业教师资格证书、接受过PYP、MYP、IBDP专业培训，多数具有硕士以上学历。

The selection rate of BIBA teachers is only 0.67 percent, which is truly one in hundred. All the new teachers have rich teaching experience, with an average teaching length of 10+ years. With global education concepts and teaching methods, they have taught around the world, including the United States, Britain, Canada, Germany, and Italy. All of them have professional teacher certificates and have received professional training in PYP, MYP and IBDP. Most of them have a master's degree or above.

无论是出众的教育背景，还是独特的人格魅力，每一位教师皆带着爱与幸福而来，他们胸怀大爱，满腔热忱，在海嘉这片沃土上深耕教育理想，引领每一位学子谱写梦想篇章。

开学前一个月，新教师已全部到位。他们怀揣着“让孩子因我们而幸福”的教育理念，开启了在海嘉全新的教学生涯。

With a wealth of educational and international experience, every teacher comes with dreams and will help cultivate the educational ideal that BIBA holds dearly and lead every student to write a dream chapter of their own.

One month before the start of the semester, all the teachers have been trained and started their new teaching career in BIBA.

Here, we are honored to introduce some of the new teachers.

在新员工培训会上，新教师们以绘画的方式分享“什么是好的教师、好的教育”。他们的笔触里流露着 “以孩子为中心”的教育思考，言谈间展现了海嘉人一贯拥有的温暖、厚重、智慧的特质。

At the new employee training meeting, new teachers shared what a good teacher and good education is through their paintings. Their conversation shows the warmth and wisdom that staff at BIBA always possess.

“一群人，一个家；一种态度，一个习惯，一种坚持。”一群充满巨大能量的教师，持续将爱与热情注入到这片“嘉”园之中，初心守正，至善至诚，用生命感动生命，用行动带动行动。

海嘉师生们在这里滋养善意、超越局限、成就梦想，不仅仅体现在实力强劲的IB成绩和表现优异的国际学术赛事上，更能通过体育竞技感悟人生，公益项目实践自我，艺术创作发现生活的真善美。新的学年，期盼在教师和同学们的努力下，海嘉“做双语教育的典范”的愿景会因你我而更加美好。

Over the past 15 years, the students and teachers of BIBA have been sincere on transcending limitations and fulfilling their dreams. Not only have they achieved strong IB results and excellent international academic competitions, but they have also learned about life in sports competitions, participated in charity projects and expressed the beauty of life through artistic creations.

In the new semester, we hope that with the efforts of teachers and students, BIBA's vision of "being a model of bilingual education" will be more shining because of you and me. Set sail BIBA, the dream is on its way!
