过去的两年时光，我们融合部小学三年级的孩子们健康快乐成长，从稚气未脱的小朋友逐渐成长为朝气蓬勃的小小少年。在接下来的三年，我们将在融合部大楼积极探究、全面发展，为更好的适应成长所带来的挑战与改变，我们进行了为期两周的“成长仪式”。

In the past two years, we have grown up healthily and happily in the small building of the Integrated Department. We have gradually grown from childish children to energetic young people.In the next three years, we will actively explore and develop comprehensively in the Integrated Department Building. 适应新环境

和班主任老师一起，我们细致入微地认识新大楼的每一个角落：书香四溢的图书馆、宽敞专业的小剧场、设备齐全的公共教室、美轮美奂的艺术长廊......一想到新学期将要在这样的环境中探索和发展，我们已经迫不及待地想要开始丰富多彩的高年级生活了！

Together with our homeroom teachers, we have a detailed understanding of every corner of the new building: a library full of books, a professional small theater, a well-equipped public classroom, a magnificent art gallery...Thinking, as well as exploring and developing in such an environment in the new semester, is exciting. 直面新挑战

“闯关大挑战”活动如火如荼地展开，闯关卡是围绕十大培养目标进行设置的。每一项目标的达成度是通过自评、他评和师评来体现的，最终老师根据我们获得的贴纸总数来评出三个奖项：“破茧成蝶”奖、“奋发有为”奖和“茁壮成长”奖。在一路闯关的过程伴随着不断地反思和调整，最终我们遇见了更好的自己！

The achievement of each goal is reflected by self-evaluation, other reflection, and teacher evaluations. “世上无难事，只要肯攀登”，我们来到了攀岩馆，在攀登过程中，我们有过害怕、想过退缩，但在老师的鼓励和同学们的加油声中，我们最终突破自己并抵达顶峰。攀岩墙上的岩点正如我们成长道路上时不时会出现的小小挫折和阻碍，只要我们坚持不懈、勇往直前，就一定能跨越重重障碍，接近胜利的终点。

三年后我们会有怎样的变化与成长？我们每一个人都将自己的目标和愿望默默地写下来并装进漂流瓶中。老师说，他会把这些瓶子带在身边，跟着我们一起“漂流”到五年级,到了毕业典礼那一天再让我们打开，一想到那一天，我们就激动不已呢！

How will we change and grow in three years? Each of us silently wrote down our goals and wishes and puts them in a drifting bottle. The teacher said that she would take these bottles with us and "drift" with us to the fifth grade, and let us open them on the day of the graduation ceremony. We get excited just thinking about that day!

满载新收获

庆祝集会上，我们每个人都收获了一枚属于自己的胸章，融合部小学学部主任邓老师还亲手把“破茧成蝶”这枚章戴在了每班代表的胸前，融合部小学德育主管王老师也为我们三年级小朋友送上了寄语和祝福。这一天别提我们有多骄傲，多幸福啦！
