古人云：“不积跬步，无以至千里；不积小流，无以成江海。”传承着古人的教育理念，响应当下“五育融合”的育人方针。近期，在融合部小学开展的“美行银行”的活动中，同学们通过“德智体美劳”的全面实践，开启了自己“五育并举”的成长道路。

As the saying goes: "If you don't keep walking step by step, you can't move thousands of miles ahead; if you don't gather small streams together, you can't form rivers and seas." We inherit the educational concept of the ancients and follow the current cultivation strategy of "Five Education Integration". In the "Virtue Bank" activity held by PYP recently, the children started their growth path of "Educating Five Domains Simultaneously" through the comprehensive practice of "morality, intelligence, sports, aesthetics and diligence".

立德

德育是五育的灵魂与方向。在这次“美行银行”的实践活动中，老师们让学生们来担当自己德育培养的评估师。他们每周会在自己的美行存折中认真记录下本周需要达到的目标，爸爸妈妈们也参与其中给予孩子们帮助。新的一周孩子们会再次自我调整迎接新的挑战！

Moral education is the heart and compass of the five education. In the activity of "Virtue Bank", the teachers asked the children to assess their moral education. Every week, the children will carefully record the goals they want to achieve this week in their Virtue Log Book including being quiet and orderly.Parents are also involved to help their children The following week, the children will face new challenges after adjusting to their goals! 

启智

智育，是“五育融合”的核心。通过智育，学生能够感受到知识的魅力和知识的力量，同时，也培养着他们良好的学习习惯。在智育方面，“美行银行”的活动也为他们预备了实践的方向和道路。因此，在孩子们的项目中有他们的个人学习计划、个人行规目标和个人学习习惯。

Intellectual education is the core of "Five Education Integration".

Through intellectual education, students can feel the allure and power of knowledge, and at the same time, they also cultivate their good study habits. Just as the children's records on moral education, the activities of "Virtue Bank" also prepared them a practical direction and path in intellectual education. Therefore, this program includes children's study plans, individual behavioral goals, and individual study habits.

健体

体育，不同于德育和智育，它不仅提高了孩子们的技能，同时，还发展他们的体力，增强他们的体质，培养他们的意志力。存折上有游泳训练的记录得分，有羽毛球比赛的记录得分，有跑步锻炼的记录得分等等，通过学生们日积月累的实践“存款”，塑造了健壮挺拔的自己！

Sports education is different from moral education and intellectual education. It gives children the knowledge and skills of health, develops their physical strength and strengthens their physique and willpower.In the activity of "Virtue Bank", the children's conscientious practice of sports training is recorded in the log book by numbers, including the record score of swimming training, badminton game and running exercise.,which helps them strenghen themselves!

创美

在“五育融合”中，学校的美育要与德智体劳的培养相互渗透、相互融合，形成以美润德、以美激智、以美益劳、以美健体的成果。在我们的美行存折上，孩子们记录了他们在衣着打扮、文明礼仪、环境美化、作业呈现、艺术活动等方面的实践分数。美行存折，见证了孩子们美育素养的提升。

In the "Five Education Integration", the school's aesthetics education must be incorporated and integrated with the education of morality, intelligence, physicality, and diligence to form the achievements of improving morality with beauty, stimulating intellect with beauty, benefiting diligence with beauty, and fitness with beauty.The  children   recorded    their practical  scores  on the   dress, civility, landscaping,   homework presentation,  art activities  on our Virtue Log Book. The Virtue Log Book has witnessed the improvement of children's aesthetics education.

爱劳

劳育，是五育中最贴近生活的育人载体。习近平总书记曾说：“要在学生中弘扬劳动精神，教育引导学生崇尚劳动、尊重劳动。”你会发现孩子们的存折里写着：整理自己的柜子，参与打扫自己的房间，主动擦拭黑板等等。看着通过自己的劳动使存折中的存款不断增加，孩子们心中是无尽的欣悦！

Diligent education is the carrier of education closest to life among the "Five Education". Chairman Xi said: "We must carry forward the spirit of diligence among students, and educate students to advocate labor and respect diligence."We will find that children's log books include organizing their own cabinets, participating in cleaning their own rooms, actively cleaning the blackboard and so on. The children are very happy to watch the savings in the log book keep increasing through their diligence!

一个学期的活动结束了，老师为学生们准备了一场隆重的积分兑换仪式。

Time flew and before we knew it, the activities of this semester came to an end. The teacher held a grand credits exchange ceremony for the children.

孩子们拿着自己不菲的“银行存款”来到现场，兑换了自己喜欢的奖品。

The children came to the event site with their considerable "bank deposits" to exchange for the prizes they wanted.
