On November 18th, BASIS International School Guangzhou held its first canteen open day in the 2021-2022 academic year. We invited 10 parent representatives to the school to fully understand the daily operation of the school canteen and student dining.

11月18日，学校举办2021-2022学年第一次餐厅开放日活动，邀请10位家长代表走进学校餐厅，深入了解学校餐饮工作和学生在校用餐情况。

The school introduced to parents the canteen's organizational structure, food safety management, and dining arrangements. He hoped that parents would learn about the school's catering work through the Canteen Open Day. Also, parents offered valuable comments and suggestions to the Canteen, which will help to improve the school's catering management and service.

学校负责人向家长们介绍学校餐饮部人员组织架构、食品安全管理、用餐安排等方面的情况，希望家长通过本次活动了解学校餐饮工作，提出宝贵意见和建议，促进学校餐饮管理和服务水平提高。

The Director of the Catering Department guided parents to visit and inspect the kitchen areas carefully, including the decontamination, processing, cooking, and the meal preparation area. Parents also learned about the disinfection of cafeteria utensils and food storage methods. Parents fully approve of the hygiene and food safety management of the school canteen.

家长们在餐饮部负责人带领下，对学校餐厅的消洗区、加工区、烹饪区、备餐区以及食堂餐饮具消毒、食品储存等方面进行了仔细的察看，对餐厅卫生管理情况、食品加工流程，食品原材料的验收、存储等情况进行了深入了解，对学校食堂的卫生状况、食品安全管理工作予以充分肯定。

During lunchtime, parents enjoyed lunch in the canteen after watching how students waited in orderly lines to receive meals. Parents feel satisfied with the dining management and the taste of the food.

随后，家长们细致了解学生取餐和用餐情况，并体验学生午餐，对用餐秩序和菜品味道表示满意。
