　　第1招：培养良好的行为习惯

　　国际学校被看作学生出国前的预备班，学生要在此完成出国前学业上的准备，学生出国前自我管理习惯的养成多数也将在学校中完成。因此国际学校对学生也有一系列的严格要求，黑利伯瑞国际学校学生龚泽宇说，学校每天10点熄灯，在此之前，学生要将自己的手机、平板电脑都交给宿管，就是为了防止学生受到电子产品的诱惑而影响晚间休息，甚至影响舍友。他们表示刚开始时不太适应，渐渐地习惯了，也可以保障晚上睡眠时间。

　　Action3: Establish rules for student management

　　In western countries if the students violate the university or local regulation they will be severely punished moreseriously they will be repatriated. Therefore international schools emphasize on cultivation of self-control to increase the awareness of compliance with the rules and regulations.

　　该校还有一套对学生的综合积分管理制度，主要应用于学生在校期间的行为规范。表现出色者会被加分，作为评选优秀学生的一个重要参考;违反要求者会被扣分，扣分超过30分(百分制)，会做违纪警告处分;扣分超过40分，会做停宿处分。情节非常严重者，将会被开除学籍。

　　In addition to school management Haileybury international school also pay attention to close communication with parents. Each class is equipped with a homeroom teacher who is mainly responsible for communication with parents.Currently 1 Chinese homeroom teacher has 1 or 2 foreign teacher as assistant.

　　班主任会每周与家长通电话，把学生近期的情况以及学校的通知汇报给家长，并与家长就学生情况进行沟通，同时也收集家长对学生和学校的要求和建议，成为学生、学校与家长之间的纽带。
