1、国籍

上海的国际学校类别有：

外籍子女学校：只招收纯外籍学生，不收中国籍学生的国际学校。

私立学校：对于学生的户籍没有要求。

公立学校国际部：通过中考成绩作为录取条件，大部分以沪籍学生为主。

国际课程（中心）：通常是隶属于国内教育机构，但有独立的校园。

2、分数

私立学校则一般分为上海生源和非上海生源两种。

若是上海生源那就直接参加上海市初中毕业统一学业考试即可，而分数达到市统一规定的高中“提前录取”最低分数线即可。

而非上海生源的学生则没有中考分数的限制，只需要参加该校自主招生的笔试和面试。

3、社保、暂住证

关于入读国际学校是否需要居住证，不同学段情况是不同的。

对于小学和初中的义务教育阶段，家长需要居住证和社保，孩子也需要居住证，才可以在上海申请入读民办国际学校，这是必要条件，没有居住证和社保学校也是无法办理入学手续的。
