高中英语教资面试怎么准备啊？

高中英语教资教学设计题型一般有7种课型：阅读题（Reading） 写作题（Writing） 听力题（Listening） 口语题(Speaking)语法题(Grammar)词汇题（Vocabulary）语音语调题(Pronunciation & Intonation)，不是只有阅读、写作、读写。

其中最难的是语音语调，但不值得在这儿花太多时间练习，应该先从常考的课型入手来操练。

备考顺序：阅读/语法/词汇>写作/听力/口语>语音语调。

阅读/语法/词汇是最容易在面试中考察教学水平的，这些课型题量会很大。

写作/听力/口语依赖学生的互动，如：写作需要讲评学生作文，听力需要播放音频，口语需要学生之间对话，这些都不容易在面试中考察，这些课型题量会比较少。

语音语调，抽到这课型算你倒霉，这种课型是最稀有的。

10mins！怎么试讲？

8mins，真实的讲课时间。

2mins，留给结巴停顿+紧张的空白+教学停顿。

8mins！真实讲课时间如何分配：

1mins，导入：30秒打招呼寒暄+30秒快速引入课的主题（千万要短，不要讲多）。

1mins，展示：图片/视频/朗读原文（手势清晰，发音清晰，声音洪亮）。

3mins，教学点：本课重点的精讲+板书（边讲边写，讲一个写一个）。

2mins，产出：学生练习+抽查学生（自己假装学生给出答案，在此基础上补充板书）。

1mins，总结：指着板书总结此课重点。

30secs，布置作业：面试官没叫停，还有时间就仔细交代。

如果被叫停了，这时候告诉考官你还有什么步骤没讲完，缺了哪些步骤，比如：总结和作业。这两个部分由于时间不够没讲完问题不大，如果时间充裕，讲完更好。

为啥我把时间卡成8分钟？

因为99%的人都是讲太多讲不完，大多数人由于紧张和没经验都在导入和展示花了太多时间，最关键的教学点和产出都没表现给考官，真是可惜，这一课的教学点和产出才是考官评分的重点，偏偏这里没有，肯定会被狠狠扣分。

考前在朋友面前练习试讲，注意教姿教态，发现不足之处加以改正，比如，手势要用整个手掌来指，声音太小，语速过快，眼神飘忽不定，手脚忙乱等等。

设计手势：站姿垂放手势，描述某个概念使用的手势，手持教具的手势，夸奖学生的手势。

比如，陈述概念时，可以用绕毛线的手势；列举要点时，可以用切菜式手势；表达观点时，可以用抻皮筋的手势。

板书：理清知识点之间的逻辑关系（这是20分钟备课要设计好的重点）：

1、提炼精华。

2、字迹工整 标题要大，内容适中。

3、布局 尽量把要点放在中间。

4、思维导图。
