威海南海新区青苗双语学校是由威海南海经济开发区行政审批服务局审批设立，由威海南海新区公共服务局主管，是一所九年一贯制民办学校，根据《山东省教育厅关于做好2021年义务教育招生入学工作的通知》(鲁教基函〔2021〕9号)、《关于做好南海新区2021年民办义务教育学校适龄新生报名入学指南》的要求，制定以下我校招生办法：

BIBS Weihai Academy is approved by the Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau of Weihai Nanhai Economic Development Zone. It is a nine-year private school under the supervision of the Public Service Bureau of Weihai Nanhai New District. In accordance with the requirements of Notification from Shandong Province Department of Education on Admissions of 2021 Compulsory Education (Shandong Basic Education File No. 9 [2021]) and Guidelines on New Students Registration in Private Schools at Compulsory Education Satge in Nanhai New District, the following admissions policies of BIBS Weihai Academy are formulated:

一、报名条件

小学：年满6周岁(2015年8月31日前出生)的适龄儿童均可报名，我校不招收不足年龄的儿童入学;

初中：适龄新生，即小学应届毕业生。

Primary school: All children over 6 years old (born before August 31, 2015) are eligible to apply. BIBS Weihai Academy does not admit children under age.

Middle school: All primary school graduates of 2021.

二 、招生计划

2021秋季招收一年级2个班，50人

2021年秋季招收初中一年级1个班，30人。

In autumn 2021, 50 students in 2 classes of grade 1.

In autumn 2021, 30 students in 1 class of grade 6.

三、招生范围

原则上在南海新区招生，当报名人数超过招生计划数，采取电脑随机派位方式招生录取。当报名人数未超过招生计划数，经市教育局批准，剩余学位面向学校审批地或属外地、威海市域内招生.

BIBS Weihai Academy will follow the guidelines of Nanhai New District to give the priority of admissions to Nanhai New District residence. In the case of the number of applicants in Nanhai New District exceeding the admissions limit, the admissions will be randomly assigned by computer. If the number of applicants does not exceed the admissions limit, the remaining vacancies can be allocated by the school to areas outside Nanhai New District or other places in Weihai upon approval of the Weihai Bureau of Education.

四 、招生方式

免试入学，招生工作分为两个阶段：

第一阶段：网上报名。

第二阶段：现场报到。

Students are not required to take any examination in order to be admitted to BIBS Weihai Academy. There are two stages in admission:

Online Application.

On-site Registration.

五、各阶段的具体内容

（1）网上报名

家长在2021年8月27日下午至9月10日(每天9:00-15:00)通过招生入学系统小程序或招生入学系统报名，填写基本信息并上传以下资料：

A、威海户籍：上传户口本、出生证明；

B、非威海户籍：上传户口本、出生证明，同时上传劳动合同或购房合同或营业执照或租赁合同备案或居住证(五选一即可)。

（2）平台登录

附件：入学报名微信小程序操作视频;附件：学生入学报名系统使用说明;附件：入学报名微信小程序二维码;附件：入学报名爱山东app二维码。

（3）录取查询

报名后，通过南海新区报名系统“审核状态”查看录取结果。

（4）现场报到

已录取的学生根据报名系统携带资料要求，到校报到。被我校录取的学生，请于9月10日前到校办理注册缴费手续，逾期视为自动放弃。

（1）Online Application

Parents can submit applications through the Wechat admission System mini program or online admission System from the afternoon of August 27, 2021 to September 10. 2021 (9:00am-15:00pm every day), Parents can fill in the basic information and upload the following files：

A、Weihai registered Family Book: upload Family Book and student’s Birth Certificate;

B、Non-weihai registered Family Book holder: uploading Family Book, student’s Birth Certificate, and parents’ Employment Contract, Real Estate Property Purchase Agreement, Business License, Lease Agreement or Residence Permit (choose one from the above five).

（2）Online Website Login-in

Attachment 1: Wechat mini program instruction video for application; Attachment 2: User manual for student application system; Attachment 3: QR code of Wechat mini program for application; Attachment 4: Love Shandong APP QR code for application.

（3）Admissions Inquiry：After submitting application, parents can check the admission result through the "Check Status" of the online application system of Nanhai New District. Parents will be notified by a school call from 0631-8856118 once student is admitted. Other ways of notification are invalid.

（4）On-site Registration：Admitted students shall report to the school according to the requirements of the admissions system with all the documents needed. Students who are admitted to BIBS Weihai Academy are expected to complete the registration process including paying fees before September 10. Overdue will be regarded as automatic giving up this opportunity.

六、收费标准

小学学费为30000元/学年，初中学费为40000元/学年;住宿费4000/学年(三人间、空调、24小时热水)。

30,000 RMB / academic year for primary school, 40,000 RMB / academic year for middle school;

Accommodation fee: 4,000 RMB / academic year (triple rooms, air conditioning, 24-hours hot water).

七、温馨提示

1.您所提供的材料必须确保真实有效，故意瞒报、错报相关信息或提供虚假材料，将取消报名资格;

2.一名新生只能选择一所民办学校报名，不可同时兼报，网上填报请您确认学校全称：“威海南海新区青苗双语学校”;

3.我校将审核报名儿童家长是否为“失信被执行人”，若报名儿童家长是“失信被执行人”，将取消入学资格。
